Return & Refund Policy – Souq Al Noor

7-Day Exchange Guarantee:

We offer a 7-day exchange guarantee for products that arrive damaged, broken, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

How to Request an Exchange:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send us 2–3 clear photos of the product via WhatsApp for verification.

Replacement:

After verification, if the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Refunds:

Our standard solution for damaged, defective, or incorrect products is replacement rather than a cash refund.

 

A refund will only be issued if the ordered product is unavailable and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind about your order, you must inform us within 12 hours before dispatch.

If the order has already been dispatched, any applicable delivery or return shipping costs related to a change of mind will be the customer's responsibility.

Product Condition:

Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

ضمان الاستبدال لمدة 7 أيام:

نقدم ضمان استبدال لمدة 7 أيام للمنتجات التي تصل تالفة أو مكسورة أو بها عيب أو تختلف بشكل جوهري عن المنتج المطلوب.

كيفية طلب الاستبدال:

إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب وإرسال صورتين إلى ثلاث صور واضحة للمنتج عبر واتساب للتحقق من الحالة.

الاستبدال:

بعد التحقق، إذا تم تأكيد المشكلة، سنقوم بترتيب استبدال المنتج مجانًا.

استرداد الأموال:

الحل الأساسي لدينا للمنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو غير الصحيحة هو استبدال المنتج بدلًا من استرداد المبلغ نقدًا.

سيتم استرداد المبلغ فقط إذا كان المنتج المطلوب غير متوفر ولم نتمكن من توفير بديل مناسب.

تغيير الرأي:

إذا غيرت رأيك بشأن طلبك، يجب إبلاغنا خلال 12 ساعة وقبل شحن الطلب.

إذا تم شحن الطلب بالفعل، فإن أي رسوم توصيل أو شحن إرجاع مرتبطة بتغيير الرأي تكون على عاتق العميل.

حالة المنتج:

يجب إعادة المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية وفي عبوتها الأصلية، حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
